Welcome to our tranquil oasis, a seamless blend of sophisticated modern design and rustic charm spread across 1,252 sq feet. Be it a summer university visit, exploring the local culture, a serene retreat, or gearing up for Independence Day and Labor Day holidays, our townhome imbues comfort and style to your stay.

Our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is an epitome of top-tier living. Wrapped in tranquility, our bedrooms offer plush beds and vaulted ceilings that resonate serenity. Two lavish full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half bath downstairs caters to your needs.

Our welcoming open-concept living area encourages relaxation, socializing, or uninterrupted work. Equipped with a smart TV, free WiFi, and dedicated workspace—be it a movie marathon, binge-watching, or working remotely—unwind at your pace.

Our kitchen is a gourmet's delight, awaiting your culinary magic with stainless steel appliances, generous countertops, and cooking essentials. Unleash your culinary creativity, be it a simple breakfast or an elaborate meal—the kitchen stands assembled.

Self-check-in is facilitated through a smart lock system and your unique code will be given prior to your arrival. We also offer free parking in the oversized two-car garage to save you the stress of finding secure parking elsewhere.

Great Place

Overall this was a great place. We locked ourselves out once and the VRBO customer service phone person was able to get us assistance on the phone and we were in in five minutes. Very impressive.

Great condo! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here! We were here for over a month and really loved the place. It is nice, clean and modern. Good location that is close to everything. One thing I would recommend is to put tv’s in the bedrooms. Only having one t.v. in the entire place was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Also would recommend putting some basic supplies like salt and pepper in the kitchen. An informational sheet explaining how garbage pick/up recycling works would be helpful. We had to ask the neighbors to figure out trash day. There are lots of recycling bins in the garage. It was certainly nice having garage access! Another recommendation would be dressers or a chest of drawers in the bedrooms as there wasn’t much storage. But since we stayed so long, our experience may be a bit different than someone on a short term stay. Overall a pleasure to stay here and would definitely recommend this place to others.
