Summary:
Incredible location just steps to Diplomate and all the shopping and dining of Logan Circle! Only two blocks to Whole Foods, Vida Gym, and too many restaurants and bars to count! Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay (2 dogs max, can not be left alone overnight)

The Space:
Lower level with good ceiling height and light, private locked entrance from the street and a small kitchen. Large TV with Roku, plus dining table and comfy leather couch too!

Guest Access:
Guests can access the unit at any time 24 hours using the electronic keypads.

The Neighborhood:
Logan Circle is DC's most vibrant and desirable neighborhood, with incredible architecture, grand homes and a beautiful circle at the heart of it that is a go-to spot on nice days to relax and enjoy the scenery. Just two blocks to Whole Foods, Vida gym, and tons of restaurants, bars and more- Logan Circle is where it's at!

Getting Around:
Metro is just 4 blocks away at Dupont Circle (19th and Q) or a little longer to U Street (green line, 13th and U). Uber and Lyft are easy to use to get around, as are rented bicycles or scooters, and walking is super easy too!

Interaction with Guests:
I am happy to help with anything you may need, but the goal is for you to enjoy the home without needing any help- it should just feel like home!

First time staying at a non hotel location so I like that the property manager was very responsive. The location look just like the pictures and is perfect for getting around DC safely.

Perfectly located!

Had such a wonderful stay. I had 2 girlfriends in town and wanted to show them DC. The apartment was perfect for 3 people. It was clean, had everything we needed. The outdoor space in front is great for sitting outside with some wine and/or snacks. Definitely get the parking pass if you have a car, there was plenty of parking in front but you do need the pass. Highly recommend if you want something centrally located. Logan Circle is one of my favorite neighborhoods and it right off 14th where there are plenty of restuarants and bars.

Great long weekend in DC

This is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants. We rented two apartments. They are not in the upstairs parts shown in the main picture, but in lower-level units along the side of the building. However, they are both very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

In DC for work, the property was very conveniently located in and the owner communicated well - the process was easy and I was given all the information I needed to take care of my stay.

Incredible DC apartments

Our host was the best- super communicative and helpful with directions, suggestions, accommodating early luggage drop off, you name it. It was the PERFECT location. Close to so many restaurants, public transportation etc. we will definitely be back and can recommend this VRBO enough. Thanks so much for having us!

Responsiveness almost made up for shortcomings

1-The instructions to the unit I rented led us the another unit. Fortunately that renter was kind. 2-the entrance door to the unit we rented was unlocked. The device batteries were dead. However once the batteries were changed we still couldn’t use the device. Fortunately on the owner’s direction, a neighbor provided the physical keys to use during our stay. 3-no internet connection in the unit. So we couldn’t use the TV. 4-AFTER loading the machine, found out that the washer did not work. Called the owner to find out that he had a service call out already and expected techs the last day of our rental. 5-had to blast heat in the unit because the vent in the bedroom was barely open to warm up the room. 6-tiny bathroom. Toilet blocks the door from fully opening. 7-coffee maker was disgusting. We found a cute shop “Call your mama” which saved the day!

Fantastic place !

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from David - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!

Fantastic Stay at David's!

We had an excellent time in DC thanks to David's cozy abode! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near tons of things to do (walking distance to the Black Cat, 5-minute drive to the 9:30 Club). There's a corner store right across the street for essentials, as well as several bars/restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in DC for five days, so we were extremely grateful to have such a convenient crash pad at the end of each day. David was the ideal host: he was communicative and prompt in his responses, he made sure the apartment was stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay, and he even provided us with a parking pass for our rental car. Also, the bed was hands-down the *most* comfortable bed I've ever slept in. David, thank you so much for providing such a lovely and memorable anchor to our time in DC! Hope to stay here again in the future!

It was a great stay. The owner is such a great warm and welcoming person. It was a very clean and nice house. If you want a temporary home at DC. I highly recommend this property.
