We had a great stay in Naples overall. The location was excellent — very centrally located and close to all the major stores, restaurants, and essentials. The beach was also easily accessible, about a 15-minute drive away.One of the highlights was definitely the tennis facilities. The courts were in amazing condition and clearly a big draw for residents and guests. That said, the tennis community tended to be an older crowd, mostly 70, so younger or more competitive players should keep that in mind.The pool area was adequate and nice enough for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable place to stay, especially for anyone looking for a quieter Naples experience with strong tennis amenities.

Love 30 was great!

Luca was wonderful to work with. We booked with her after someone else canceled our reservation due to over booked. Luca assured me there would be no cancelation on there end. Condo was great and the location super! Would definitely book here again. Tammy and Doug

Property was 100% as advertised. Space was clean, spacious and well equipped. Everything you would need was at hand. Appliances more than adequate and furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. Host was extremely communicative and available. Response time was measured in minutes not hours! Site was well equipped with pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts as well as fitness equipment and a locker room. Additionally poolside cafe was conveniently located. Plenty of walking and biking paths. Quite a bang for your buck! Would definitely recommend!

very small

The stay was OK until we had cockroaches appear. We left early because of that!! The pool was good. VERY small kitchen. Only one person at a time can work in there. With all the problems, the price would be reasonable if VRBO and owners would stop adding on extra fees.
