Misleading Pictures/Dirty/Poor Communication
Hello,
This might of been one of the worst VRBO's we've ever encountered. To start, the address that we were given was wrong, so we were not able to take the public transportation we planned on. AC was advertised but we did not have any. Also, the pictures that were listed, was not the room we got. Along with it being generally dirty, there were hairs in the sheets, no towels, soap, hand soap, and only a half toilet paper roll. When we asked for new sheets and toilet paper, we got what the host described as 'homemade sheets' which was simply a thin blanket and one additional roll of toilet paper.
Additionally, we were given the wrong code for the outside door, thus causing us to call the host around midnight. Wifi was also listed as an amenity and the host never responded with the correct network or password.
Lastly, the common area was INCREDIBLY dirty, and we could hear individuals arguing through the walls almost every day.
The only positive about this VRBO was that the neighborhood was safe.
We are requesting a full refund from VRBO.
