Host Cancelled booking
When we got to Mexico we found out when we got to the building that the host rented to someone else and we no longer had a place to stay. I had paid the full amount in October 2023 we tried to check in February 2024. I got no notice of a cancellation till after I was on the Vrbo help line for one hour. Vrbo did nothing to help us that night left us at the side of the road because they couldn’t find us a hotel for 300.00 a night and would not put us in anything g more expensive told us that there were no condos available for price range we had paid for which was not cheap at all. So at midnight the help desk person told us there was nothing they could do for us and told us to have a good night. As we stood on the street with our suitcases in a foreign country. I would have gave a negative star review but that isn’t available
