The Grandview Getaway has families in mind so there's plenty of activates to keep the kiddos busy while the adults relax on the porch swing overlooking 5 acres of woods and wildlife. The cabin both serene and private while only 20 minutes from all that downtown Nashville and Columbus have to offer. With our spacious, open floor plan, six bedrooms and walkout hot tub, there's plenty of room to connect, unwind and create memories together.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family both inside and out. Our grandkids especially liked the popcorn machine in the theater room! Great spot to wind down.

Host was amazing…very accommodating and informative! House was such a beautiful space in a gorgeous wooded setting to celebrate my husband turning 60 with 5 other special couples we don’t get enough quality time with! We were all able to spread out, relax, play games, eat, drink and laugh. We would luv to come back!

This place is wonderful we had everything we needed. We had a great family weekend. Three bedrooms on the main floor and three in the basement. Loved the porch with swings and fire pit,The hot tub was great. We went into Nashville shopping one day. Can’t say enough great things

The place was lovely! A great place for the family with so much room and so many things to do. The only big drawback is that there is three bedrooms in the basement with no bathrooms to accommodate those people. Having said that, the rest of the place was beautiful and well stocked and we all had a great time!

Girls Getaway

A group of girls all had a weekend away here and it was PERFECT! There was plenty of space for 10 adults, close to Nashville for a shopping day, and the hot tub was great to unwind at the end of the day!

The house was absolutely beautiful and was located in the country with hot tub and fire pit plus a kids room upstairs and it had 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths with everything you need for a great vacation.The host was great to work with and overall I would give the place a 10 out of 10 rating

Friend and family game night

We absolutely love this cabin. It is so spacious and beautiful. The only negative is there is no bathroom in the basement where half the bedrooms are located.

Grandview Getaway

The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking gear and even some ingredients. Comfortable sitting areas for people to gather and talk and the dining room table accommodated everyone for great meal. The entertainment area was fully equipped and the TV/sound system was incredible. It was the perfect house for our gather and we will certainly be back.

Lots of space

Wonderful property. Our family loved the size of the house. Kids loved the loft area. The guys enjoyed all the football games in the theater room. The ladies got the first floor to sit around and talk. Perfect for every group. We really appreciated all the extras that you provided.

Great for multi family gathering place!

Host a dream to deal with. Great outside space for kids ages 1-8. Great porches for viewing little ones. A bathroom in the basement would have made it absolutely perfection. But having 3.5 baths just one floor up, we made it work.

If you are thinking of booking this place...DO! You will not be disappointed. The teenagers had so much fun playing pool and ping pong. Beds were comfortable, house was beautiful and kitchen well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for big groups. I am sure we will be back in the future!

Girls Weekend Away!

We had a phenomenal stay! This home is beautiful and spacious for a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated there being two fridges with a large group! The only thing was we wish there was a bathroom in the basement; however, we knew going into it that there would not be one on that level. There were plenty of things to do and we enjoyed the hot tub! Highly recommend staying here with your group or family!! We will definitely be utilizing this home for any upcoming family events we may have!

Amazing retreat near Bloomington, perfect for graduation weekend!

I rented the house for our son's graduation from UI Bloomington. We were 9 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking, the dining room accommodated all of us and some guests, the grill worked perfectly, the hot tub was the star of one of the nights, the game rooms downstairs were excellent (the only drawback was the lack of a bathroom there), and all the bedrooms and baths were wonderful. We enjoyed hanging at the huge terrace outside with a perfect, peaceful and private view towards the forest. The self-check in process was flawless and the setting of the house was picturesque. The location provided us with a relatively close distance to Bloomington and other nearby historic towns. Our communication with the owners was prompt and their guiding email with a large PDF file containing all the instructions and some entertainment suggestions made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you!
