Situated in the middle of 37 acres, 9 minutes to Keeneland and the Bluegrass Airport, less than 20 minutes to downtown Lexington and convenient to the Bourbon Trail. A total of four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. As a bonus the second floor is a well appointed game room with pool table and poker table. Large open living area has beautiful views of abundant wildlife.

Our overall experience was A. The house was clean, roomy, and well equipped. The setting was quiet and peaceful. The location was very convenient to Keeneland, downtown Lexington and the horse and bourbon country all around. I would stay here again!

Stunning Home and Property

This is the most stunning VRBO we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms are huge with walk in closets. The openness of the kitchen, dining room and living room allows large groups to spread out but still be close to each other. There are numerous seating areas on the back porch and the yard seems to go on forever. We enjoyed watching the deer all day long. There is also a fire pit and several out door games like corn hole and frisbee. The owners of this property have thought of everything to make their guests feel like they are at home. We did the Bourbon Trail while we stayed here and also went into the cute towns of Versailles and Midway. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome Kentucky Home

Our trip here was amazing. The house was beautiful and it was located on a large farm. The private entrance that was gated made it feel so secure, even though it was in a very desirable location. So convenient to where we wanted to go. Also, the house was well stocked with linens, towels, washcloths, Snacks, all kinds of things that many people who rent their homes don’t even think about. We would definitely return here. And our host was very quick to respond to any message I sent.

Wonderful Stay!

I rented this place to celebrate my doctoral graduation weekend with family from FNU. We could not have asked for a better experience! There was plenty of room for multiple family members without ever feeling to crowded. The place was exceptionally clean, stocked, decorated, and well cared for. The weather wasn't the best due to Hurricane Helene, but it did not hinder out enjoyment of the house and even the back porch. Cannot recommend enough! Worth the asking rental price. We will be back when went want to visit the Ark and Ky Horse Park. Thank you Lisa and Tom.

Old Guy Bourbon Trail Trip

The place is great! Beautiful and spacious. Great covered porch and fire pit. Morning deer grazing in the back. Perfect for calm and quiet sipping bourbon.
