Bring your family and friends to this pristine 2028 sq ft single story home with private pool, spa and putting green for a delightful stay. Family gatherings/events are welcome just send a request for approval. Then enjoy barbecuing up your favorite food or just hanging out in our spacious outdoor oasis. We take pride in the cleanliness of our home/property, which is centrally located, just minutes away from campus and other amenities! This is a great place to escape the chaos of College Station!

Enjoy our meticulously maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that has room to sleep 8 comfortably. We are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Master bedroom has a king bed and 58” TV, bedrooms 2 & 3 both have queen beds with 50” TV’s, bedroom 4 offers full size bunk beds with a 43” TV. Additionally, each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, a dresser and walk in closet. This home offers a private office with free Wifi and an all-in-one printer for those who must bring work with them. If you feel like cooking during your stay, you will find everything you need in our fully stocked kitchen, which includes a Nuwave Brio Air Fryer Rotisserie Oven, Keurig K-Duo (with coffee/tea/cocoa) and outdoor approved dishware. You will also find a washer, dryer, and drying rack in our spacious laundry room for our guest.

Come and kick back in our outdoor oasis and entertainment area. We have a quaint seating arrangement on the back porch for two; however, once you enter the pool area you will have no problem staking out your spot for lounging, floating in the pool, perfecting your putting skills or just hang out on the upper deck, listening to music, read a book, or enjoying the fire pit while your grill master BBQ’s your favorite food. Oh, and don’t forget to claim your fame in a friendly game of corn hole, connect four or jenga.

For those guests with children. The pool is completely fenced in and comes with a child proof gate for safety; however, we still request children under the age of 14 years be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area and we ask guests to make sure the gate closes behind you. Safety First!

Additionally, as a guest you have access to the whole property, you will also find ample parking in the driveway or pull your vehicle into our garage.

Paradise

We could not have asked for a better place for my parents to stay during my son’s graduation weekend. The location is centrally located and close to everything you could want or need and the property is gorgeous! We didn’t ever want to have to leave. Will look for it again in the future for sure.

Great house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and contained everything you could need and then some. The owner was easy to get in touch with, and responded quickly. The backyard was wonderful with lots of entertainment options, pool, hot tub, and games. We would gladly stay again.

4th of July Family gathering

We took our kids and grandkids to College Station to visit our son and his girlfriend. The house was perfect for us all. 4 adults and 2 kids. My cousin came in with his family and we cooked burgers as the kids swam. We love the place and plan to book another trip soon.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We traveled to College Station to spend Thanksgiving with our Aggie student. The house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Watching the Aggies play basketball while relaxing in the hot tub was a highlight! David was very responsive with any questions that we had. I definitely recommend this listing for any stays that you have in the College Station Area.

Aggie Ring Celebration Heaven

Glenhaven was truly a Haven for us this past weekend. We celebrated our youngest Aggie’s Ring Weekend in style! The home was beautiful, spotless, bright, and filled with joy as we celebrated! Lounging by the pool was a wonderful bonus! And there were toys and games for the two-year-old grandson too! It was perfect!

Wonderful Aggie Ring Weekend!

This is the PERFECT home away from home! Location is so convenient. Backyard with a pool, hot tub, putting green, grill, and fenced in area is great for all ages. Home is spacious and comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Our next visit, this will be the first place I try to book. Super hosts who have thought of everything. The only negative - I learned it does get cold in Texas. No pool time, but I will be back! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Clean, updated and beautiful!

We had an amazing stay at this house with our kiddos! The house is well layed out and they did a beautiful job renovating it! They had everything we needed to feel like home, even coffee bean already prepped in the filter for the morning!! The backyard was so peaceful and made for a great hang out space while our kids were napping. The owner was helpful and responsive. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you David!!

Our new “Go To” Stay in CS

Was hesitant to book as your home had no reviews; however, we are happy we took a chance. Wow, what a well-kept and comfortable home. The kids loved the pool and we spent the evenings on the deck, enjoying the fire pit, grilling and watching the baseball playoffs. This is one of the most relaxing venues we have stayed in. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Not only was this property clean, it’s beyond well stocked with any and all household items. The layout is perfect for a large family, the beds are comfortable (with cozy sheets 😊), the kitchen is stocked with essentials and the yard is perfect for a nice lazy day by the pool. David was such a sweet host, even leaving a bottle of wine with a little welcome note. If you’re looking for a place in CS, look no further!

Exceeded all expectations

The house is absolutely perfect in every way. David is the consummate host and has thought of many extras to make the stay comfortable. The pool area is awesome although we were on the go with TAMU graduation and some rain the last two days of our stay, so we only got to use it one day. This is a great house for a larger family as it easily sleeps 8. Hope to book it again in 2025 when they set the TAMU-UF game date! Thanks again, David!
