Relax and unwind in this cozy little cabin in the little woods. Go for walks, ride bikes, cook out or just enjoy the birds chirping and the peaceful creek with a walking bridge. Downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas is just fifteen minutes away, and Ward Lake in Spiro is only two to three minutes from here which offers a walking path, a park and fishing. Choctaw Casino is only 8 minutes away with a restaurant and live entertainment. There are several museums to visit in Fort Smith including the US Marshals' Museum, Judge Parker's Courthouse, The Trail of Tears, The Fort Smith History Museum and several others. Just four miles away is the Spiro Mounds Archaeological Center near Lock and Dam 14.

It was a lovely place. The coffee machine wasnt working when we arrived, and the host replaced it the same day. We had no complaints save the occasional bug finding its way in.

We had a delightful 3-night stay! The private cabin setting was peaceful and de-stressing. It was a much better option than a noisy hotel (for us and for other hotel guests! LOL) We played games and got to laugh as loud as we wanted. I appreciated that the towels and sheets were unscented. There were an abundance of towels and blankets. All the normal hotel amenities were provided. I loved the full-size refrigerator and the electric 4-burner stove with oven. We cooked and baked while there. Definitely use the host's directions instead of the GPS!! The cabin is across the street from the Murry Spur Church. The host responded very quickly with questions that I had before we arrived and was friendly. We had a lovely time!

One Night at Home

My mom and I stayed here one night. It was DEFINITELY more "homey" than a hotel. It is small, but the comfort and cleanliness over a hotel makes up for it! We came in late, so we had a hard time finding the place, but when i finally gave in and called, the host was quick to answer. FYI don't follow gps. Just follow written directions on VRBO. Cabin is across the stress from the church.

Super Cute!!!

Great little house! It's small and cozy. Our 15 year old son thought the loft bed was "super cool". We had everything we needed... Full size refrigerator, apartment size stove, microwave and a k cup coffee maker. I definitely appreciated the coffee, sugar and creamer that was provided! I sat outside, drank coffee and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Located close enough to Ft Smith, and the Tri State Speedway to enjoy both, but away from the chaos of the city. The only complaint I have is that we didn't get to stay longer. 10/10 recommend this property!

The scene here is relaxed and worry free. You can hang out inside and watch television or get outdoors and enjoy nature. There is a grill, outdoor furniture and a nice creek to sit by and listen to the trickling water.
