Nice no frills three bedroom. Quiet neighborhood and close to the airport.

Felt like home

Overall a really good value. Pool had leaks but wasn’t an issue we took the kids to the beach. Close to the airport, but that means you are further away from the center of town. Guarded gate very safe. Walking distance to a grocery store. Barbecue is a habachi type grill kind of small, but who cares great barbecue down the street.

NOT HAPPY!

TO ANYONE WHO INTENDS ON RENTING THIS PROPERTY.IT HAS PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED. First of all I am not sure why previous tenants made complaints about this property in the reviews but gave this owner a good rating.The complaints about the property wasn't addressed. Some of the problems was a small pool that leaked,the property hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. There were no wash or face towels provided. There was a water leak at the end of the kitchen counter that needed fixing. There were hinges broken on the kitchen cabinet doors . None of the bathrooms had toilet seats. Couldn't use the small bedroom on the second floor because of weak or bad subfloor. On one night of our stay the neighbors were very noisy with loud music.The host,offered to come fix some of the problems. I declined I booked this property in July for a January stay so these problems should have been addressed before our arrival.They knew the problems exist. We were to stay for two weeks but stayed just one while waiting for another place to come available.I cannot give this property a favorable rating because I believe these problems need to be addressed. Iexpected more from a 1.700 stay.
