It smells like sewage in the main bathroom. I suggest that cutting board , extra knives and kitchen towels should be provided. The stay was comfortable for our party, we had enough space for the whole family.

Excellent Home Base in Davao with Outstanding Caretaker

I recently stayed at a house in the Talomo District of Davao City with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The care given by Arnil was exceptional—he was always eager to help and quick to resolve any issues that arose. The house itself was a perfect home base for our Davao City adventures. One thing to note is that the location can be a bit tricky for some drivers to find, so be prepared to explain the directions. However, once you arrive, you'll find that the house is conveniently situated for exploring the city. My family and I had a great time, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Davao.

The right address of my property that you stayed in is Diamond Heights subdivision Purok 7 Barangay Communal, Buhangin Davao City. It is 2 minutes from the airport by car. I am very friendly, easy going, funny, and spontaneous individual. I was born and raise in the Philippines. I have been living in the United States since 2005. I believe being a CPA and having an experience in managing a five star hotel made me passionate about running my very own Airbnb.

My AIRBNB is located Near Nashville Tn, USA and other properties in Davao City in the Philippines which is close to an international airport.

I enjoy using Airbnb accommodation when I travel. I love adventuring to new places and experiencing different cultures and traditions. I also love singing/performing, hiking, and meeting new people.

I currently work as an Auditor supervisor for Office of Inspector General in Nashville TN.

I was also once a performer. On the side, as of now, I teach & play guitar for free along with teaching voice lessons.

Quite, safe and friendly neighborhood also it’s so close to Davao international Airport, perfect place to stay for friends & families. Close to the Sm Mall, close to Samal Islands barge, ( 10 minutes).
My house has many amenities inside that you can enjoy, I has 4 parks, swimming pool, gated community with 24 hours guard on duty, if you want to have a special occasion you can rent our clubhouse for any occasions.
