The area is home to several historic ships and museums, including the USS Constellation and the National Aquarium, which houses thousands of aquatic animals from around the world. Visitors can also take a stroll along the waterfront promenade, where they can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and watch the boats go by.
Foodies will appreciate the Inner Harbor's diverse dining scene, which offers everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. Popular restaurants in the area include Phillips Seafood, Fogo de Chao, and Rusty Scupper. Visitors can also grab a bite at one of the many food trucks and vendors that line the streets.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.
Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.
Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.
Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.
For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose

- Date change requests that shorten or move a reservation are considered following our cancellation policy.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent once the deposit has been received.
Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
