Our stay at Modern Cottage was magnificent. It was perfect. Other family members stayed in other VRBOs in town, but Jessica's place was by far more spacious and well stocked. We know we will be back to Cut Bank again and we will definitely stay at the Modern Cottage. Every detail was managed beautifully. Cannot say enough about the home and Jessica's hospitality.

Great place close to glacier.

Great home nicely appointed. It was perfect for us. Too bad glacier was still closed for the season. Host was very responsible. Loved the washer and dryer. Neighborhood was good and very walkable.

This VRBO was amazing, personally felt it was better than the pictures! Also well stocked for anything you may need or forgot to bring. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet! They even found my son’s charger and offered to mail it to us right away - sweetest host EVER! Thank you for a great stay!

The home was beautiful and loved the amenities. The only issue we had was the television. After awhile it had a big black mark that covered up some of the show.

Perfect place to stay.

The cottage was modern, clean, very well appointed with great bedding and nice touches such as homemade granola, coffee and lots of information and suggestions on what to do in the area. Jessica was great to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed if you choose the modern cottage
