Welcome to your oasis in Punta Gorda. It is new home built in 2023! Three bedroom home located in the gated Heritage Landing Golf Community. You will enjoy a large private lanai with your own heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor furniture. Back yard abuts to a nature preserve so wonderful privacy. This house is the perfect location being 5 minutes from major stores and 15 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda where you can experience wonderful places to eat.
Within the community is golf, pool, pickleball, tennis courts, spa, gym and Tiki bar with restaurant. You don't even have to leave the community!
Home is two years old and decorated with a relaxed Florida feel and with all new furniture throughout. Kitchen is very large with huge island for entertaining and cooking. Master suite is amazing!
30 day minimum, January, February, March and April please book entire month. Please no pets and non-smokers only. Thanks
