Kick back and relax in this peaceful , stylish space in a gated community tucked away in the scenic foothills of Ahwatukee. Mountain trails for hiking and biking are just steps from your door. Walking distance to golfing, dinning and shopping. Easy access to several casinos, multiple spring training facilities, professional sporting venues, Firebird Speedway and wide variety of nightlife options.
The space
The Master bedroom has a king temperpedic bed with an adjustable base, TV and a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen murphy bed and TV. The private backyard includes a dinning table, dartboard, built in grill, TV and propane heater. Garage has 2 parking spaces.
Other things to note
Large parties without approval are not allowed, coffee, tea, spices, laundry detergent, hair dryer and shower toiletries are included.

Modern and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was equipped with plenty of cooking pans/utensils, paper products, soaps, towels, etc. The host responded promptly to every question, and checkout was a breeze.

Very nice place in a small quai t gated community. Pool is nice, only downside was I wish it had a fitness center.

Awesome Ahwatukee home

Really enjoyed the time at this beautiful home in Ahwatukee! The home was immaculate and beautiful decor and amenities!! The property owner Jason was great to work with and his helper Brandi was outstanding- even helping me with getting some FedEx delivered to the property.. will for sure rent again!!

Adorable area

Loved this VRBO! the quiet neighborhood is gated with a stunning pool and jacuzzi! The house is very comfortable and decorated nicely. The backyard is amazing! Wish we had more time to spend there! Fire pit, bbq, darts, nice sitting area. A few areas inside need tending like the broken blinds or window that won't lock but it is a very nice house that we will come back to and share with others.

Not so Bright and Cheerful

Got there and the garage door was wide open. Felt unsafe. Bedding was poor quality and not properly made. Holes in bed cover, Mis- match of pillows. The HVAC was pre set and could not be reset. No codes or instructions.. Overall appearance was outdated, cold, and uncomfortable.. The Kitchen was a nightmare.. Old and stained dishes. Dirty baking pans in oven drawer. No cooking saucepan. Silverware was old and very few. Cooking utensils were very poor some even broken. One turning spatula! Really. we felt ripped off for the price we paid. Will never use this place again. Jason is. a very poor host. He must be totally removed from the VRBO list.
