The condo was beautifully decorated, and the location was excellent. We had no issues while there, and the vacation was very relaxing. Our only constructive criticisms would be that the living room furniture was not comfortable at all, and we would’ve appreciated instructions on using the television/cable tv box. We will book again!

great location. Walk across a bridge to get to the beach. Sat on balcony from our bedroom and enjoyed the view of the beach and the water. Enjoyed listening to the waves at night when everyone was off the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was closed for repairs for our entire stay, but I’m not sure it hadn’t been closed for some time from the looks of it. Some kind of construction of the pipes and concrete below, but no workers were ever present. The parking for this condo is the worst of all time. Unless you drive a compact car to fit in between the pillars underneath, you won’t fit in the parking spots without massive “work” to park. If you choose to park outside, you have to park on a steep hill sideways. This hill also is extremely slick with different show types when wet, so be extra careful. It’s also hard to exit the car if you are on the uphill side. The condo itself was nice. Smelled like fresh fish though. The floors are gross too. You can’t walk around barefoot without black feet in minutes. The mattresses in the master bedroom were like sleeping on plywood. The second bedroom had a much nicer mattress. The front doors of all the condos in this complex have floor to ceiling windows beside them which do not have coverings, so anyone walking by can see all the way through the condo. No privacy in the main spaces. Brooks and Shirley did nothing to ease the pin of no pool for the entire stay and have it in their rental contract that you won’t get a refund or discount for anything (even if the electricity goes out for days, they don’t have to refund you) so just be aware before you rent.
