The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. Access to our 8 tiny houses is via large gravel driveway. The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your INBOX check in instructions. Please refer back to these when using the SmartLock.

All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and requires a $50 non refundable fee to be paid.

***HOST FEE is the cleaning fee for your stay. ***Please understand not only do our cleaners always strive to provide a 5 star clean they are also our friends. We believe in paying our cleaners well because they do a fantastic job. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to them.
We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description.

1. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm.

2. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.

3. Parking is ONLY available beside each of the cabins for (1) one car. At no time should you park in the driveway or in front of the cabins. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Additional parking located in front of the RV park by the tree.

4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.

5. For PET FRIENDLY CABINS ONLY. Pet Policy: 1 Dog only please. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking.
If your pet is not added at the time of reservation and you would like to bring your dog, please let us know and you can make payment of the pet rent via the guest portal.
All dog owners must be willing to show proof or acknowledge proof of flea/tick prevention prior to check in. Do not allow pets on our furniture or linens. USE of provided couch cover AND old sheets is MANDATORY for us to welcome your pet. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, to include urine, fur, vomit, dirt, mud and feces. Old Rags (white with black x) in the bin under the kitchen sink.

We use all manner of pest control within our ability to prevent pests from entering the homes. In the event we find fleas in the home upon your departure, the guest is responsible for all pest control.

6. Knot Working Tiny Town assumes no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.

7. Our cleaning amount is based on a "courteous guest". If the house or linens are damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the dwelling in guest will be charged the excess cleaning.

8. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. If we find evidence or smells related to smoking, guest is responsible for paying to host smoke damage.
