Welcome to Fuquay-Varina city and to this modern stylish 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home located in a charming neighborhood, just a minutes drive from the main town square.
This fully furnished house features everything you need to feel right at home.
Step inside this cozy and stylish house you will notice the attention to detail throughout. The living room is beautifully decorated with spacious and comfortable sofas and plenty of natural light with a fireplace to enjoy with family and friends while keeping you warm and cozy in the cold weather months.
As you head towards the dining and kitchen area you’ll find a kitchen nook seating area and a separate formal dining area for sharing home-cooked meals or take out from one of the nearby local eateries.

This house offers three spacious bedrooms all beautifully decorated with quality linens and plenty of closet space for your convenience.

The two full modern and stylish designed bathrooms upstairs PLUS an extra vanity equipped with a toilet downstairs feature all the amenities you would expect from a vacation home rental.

Location wise this house is perfect just 15 minutes south of the capital city with fast easy access to major Highways like the 401 and the 55 that will get you to the nearby cities. Just minutes drive from wedding venues in town like the Highgrove Estates and Leslie Alford Mims House. Spend time shopping and mingling outdoors you can stroll either of Fuquay-Varina’s downtown districts with restaurants, local shops, art galleries, consignment shops and more. Favorite shops in the areas include The Shoppes on Main, where you can find a bevy of hand-crafted décor and unique local novelty items, and Cousin Couture, a boutique clothing store. The town is paradise for fans of craft beers, with Aviator Brewing Company, The Mason Jar Lager Company and Fainting Goat Brewing Company all within a short distance. shopping and delicious restaurants, plenty of grocery stores, and parks like Fuquay Mineral Springs Park or shop local flavors at the Growers Market of Fuquay-Varina on Wed. and Sun. Always a great stay

The house is very well maintained and location is perfect, close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. A short drive to Holly Springs, Cary, and Raleigh.

Home away from home

We were in NC for our son’s wedding and wanted a home to stay in so family could stay with us. This house did not disappoint. It was comfortable, warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. fenced in yard was great for our 10 lb poodle. He had fun running around the yard and immediately was comfortable in the house. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Nice spot

Nice property. Was not able to control temperature - too cool . I was too short to turn overhead ceiling fan off. The toilets are so low especially for seniors. But we made it work. We really enjoyed the place and loved the decoration.

Great location and great property!

The house looks exactly like the photos, there are more than enough towels and blankets for everyone, clean and ready to stay in. The host was very communicative and super nice. Will stay again for sure! Location is convenient to everything.

Nice and cozy stay

Home was very nice and clean. Was also very convenient to a lot of shopping and grocery stores. We had a wedding to attend in Coats, NC, which was only 20 minutes away. Hostess was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very nice home

We booked this house for a month and were extremely happy with the location and the house its self. The beds were super comfortable, the neighborhood was very quite, and the host was attentive and easy to communicate with. Close to many amenities, such as restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Raleigh. Would high recommend staying here.

Wonderful clean home, responsive host

We rented this home for 4 days while we were in town for a family wedding. It was a last minute booking and the host was very responsive and helpful in getting us booked. When we arrived the house was very clean, fully stocked with the essentials including a coffee bar, clean towels, and the decor was bright and cheerful. Our only feedback is to be careful of the steep curved driveway as it is a little tricky to back out of and the house had fragrance plug-ins which were overbearing when we entered. I did remove the plug-ins and it took about two days and then the house smelled much better. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this house as a neat and clean place to stay!
