Beach home! Hear, Feel and Smell the Beach...
You will feel like you are in OBX here when you come here for the beach! It is one of the few local beach in Florida. You can find the the pools everywhere but not the local beach here.
You will feel so home at the unique end-side two floors loft-style house with open spaced family room, cozy bug-free sunroom, comfort-sized bedrooms and enjoy breakfasts and dinners on awesome deck under the huge jungle-like oak trees!
Also, you will always enjoy every scenic drives with beach views on A1A route to and from St. Augustine, Sawgrass golf, Ponte Verde Beach and Jacksonville! Again, it is one of the few where you can see the beach driving on A1A.
~ 3.1 miles to Publix
~ .8 miles to Caps on the Water - bay front restaurant
~ 6 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine
~ 18 miles to Sawgrass Country Club
~ 8.2 miles to St. Augustine Light House
