We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful and spacious. The pool was great. The host was very responsive and helpful! The house was stocked with everything we needed and was kept very clean. This was a perfect choice to stay with our family and 15 month old. We appreciated the amenities they had for young children. Great stay

Stood at the house with my family and had an absolutely amazing experience at the house. The home was as advertised, had everything we needed to stay on the property to be comfortable and relaxing trip. John was a truly outstanding as a host, answered all my message, more than accommodated our stay, he was incredibly on point and was detailed with what there was to do in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We'd definitely would stay here again

The property's online description was accurate. The property was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It's located a bit off the beaten path, however, private and wooded. We suggest they freshen up the property with new, fresh towels/linens. The towels were old and sparse. Some bathrooms were missing bars of soap and shampoo. We wish we had known before arrival that there would have been coffee for the coffee maker. A nice welcome basket with goodies (coffee, water bottles, etc.) would have been appreciated. Our other note is that we thought the smell of dog urine was on the rug in the Master Bedroom.

Excellent Home

Stayed here over Thanksgiving. Beautiful house, well appointed, great location. The Hamptons at Thanksgiving are very vibrant. Highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect spot for a Hamptons getaway

We loved staying here! The pool and back yard were perfect for relaxing days in the sun, and the kitchen and grill made group dinners easy. The location is quiet, but close enough to town for convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

spent a long birthday weekend here and it was my favorite place i’ve stayed in the hamptons. the house and area is beautiful, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. the house was well-equipped, the pool was amazing, and the owner is very kind and responsive. we loved our stay!

Great family house

This house was beautiful for a family stay including small children. There are kid items like cribs and high-chairs as well as a good collection of pool and beach toys. Check in was easy and the owners have a lot of information available about the house and the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Early Summer in the Hamptons

We had a spectacular stay for our first trip to the Hamptons! John provided tons of helpful information about nearby beaches and activities that made our trip all that more effortless. Wonderful Property

This was our second time staying at this house. The backyard is so peaceful and private with small hills surrounding it. The pool is lovely and the house is spacious. We especially appreciate the laundry being on the first floor to be able to dry our beach towels easily. We will stay here again.

Beautiful place, we loved it!

The property was beautiful! The house was very well kept and clean. The owner is friendly and communicative. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay, so the owner made sure the pool was heated so that we still get to enjoy it. We had a great time! Thanks for being accommodating!

The house is very comfortable and furnished beautifully. Quiet and in the woods. We were able to use the grill, the pool and enjoy family time in the house. Cozy house in East Hampton!

We had a wonderful one week stay at this cozy and picturesque house nestled in the woods between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Very spacious and well appointed home where you can observe both sunrise and sunset and relax by the fireplace. Extremely friendly and responsive owners made us feel welcome. Would definitely return! Beautiful Summer House

The house is just as pictured, if not even nicer in person! We gasped as we walked in. The pool was perfection! Perfect size for our group of 8 and such a wow factor. We loved every single thing about this house! Very private drive-through to enter the grounds. It was the perfect getaway home. The owner was great at responding and was nice enough to let us stay in the house for one more night due to the hurricane. 100% recommend this house to everyone!

Hamptons Getaway

The home and property are beautiful. Secluded but not far from restaurants and excellent shopping. We had one couple in their twenties, one couple in their thirties and a couple in their thirties with a 16 month old daughter. I am in my 70s and my wife in her 60s. I can truthfully say this week was terrific for all of us. Beautiful pool and back deck. No hassles in any way. The owners have thought of everything and minimised the work for their guests

Perfect house to relax

We were 4 couples and rented the house for 4days and were working 2days. The house is georgous, have everything you need (kitchen applicance, tools, tv, sound system, pool items). Everything is very clean, the house is spacious so we could work from there easily and after work it is not far from the beach so you can even run from the house. And the pool heating system helped us enjoy the pool in late september! We are already thinking to come back next year.

My wife Julie and I began renting in the Hampton's in the late 1990's when we were living in New York City. We fell in love with the area and after looking at numerous properties we agreed to buy this newly constructed house, which had everything we wished for in a vacation home.
I am semi-retired and Julie works in New York City as a professor in the dramatic arts. We live in Montclair, New Jersey with our two children and try to spend time together at our Hampton's home whenever possible.

Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a private and quiet area of the Northwest Woods section of East Hampton. The house is just around the corner from Cedar Point Park and a number of great bay beaches, including Sammy's beach, which is 1.6 miles from the house. Cedar Point Park, with it's great beaches, children's playground and numerous hiking/biking trails, is just 1.3 miles away and offers free parking throughout the year. Built in the classic Hampton's postmodern style, our home is surrounded by 25 acres of preserve, is light, bright spacious, in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. A very large cedar deck extends the full length of the back of the house, with a 20" x 40" heated pool and red brick patio. In addition, the backyard is completely fenced and gated.
