The Sands of Marco offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico (no condos in the way), huge pool and hot tub, and easy access to multiple restaurants and shops. Enjoy tennis, pickleball, community grills, and weekly happy hours. Unit C305 is a 2BR/2BA condo offering upgraded kitchen and baths, a cozy king bed and 2 twins, cable, new Wi-Fi, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Public beach access is an 8-minute walk away. Become a part of the Sands family for a month or more, and you won't want to go home! 30 day minimum, no pets, parties or smoking.

The Sands

The Sands is a great location on Marco. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool, hot tub and grills. The condo is spacious and owner was quick to respond when we had a minor plumbing issue. We would definitely go back but can’t find anything available at The Sands next March. We had a great time.

As advertised!

We were so happy with our stay at The Sands of Marco! The views from the condo across the property were beautiful, and at sunset, they were breathtaking. The unit itself felt like home from the minute we arrived and had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation: a fully stocked kitchen, roomy sleeping quarters multiple TVs with a huge variety of channels and all the equipment we needed for our daily walks to beautiful Marco beach. We met so many amazing people, mostly owners and repeat renters who shared their love of The Sands whenever we spoke. We were made to feel so welcome and enjoyed morning pickleball, time at the pool and the weekly themed happy hours/dinners. We will be back!!

Hi, I'm Kari! I grew up in rural North Dakota and now live in Minneapolis. Like a lot of northerners, I love getting away to the paradise of SW Florida. Marco Island has become my home away from home...summer or winter, there is a laid-back vibe with great views, fun restaurants and shopping, and unspoiled nature nearby.

I am a relatively new host, and I'm excited to share my little piece of paradise with you!!

I have been coming to Marco Island for 13 years to visit my snowbird parents. I love the mix of upscale and casual dining, numerous water activities (boating, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing), and lots of fun places to explore nearby (Goodland, Isle of Capri, the Everglades).

The Sands is a friendly, centrally located complex that offers tennis/pickle ball, community grills, hot tub, and weekly happy hours by the pool. This 3rd floor unit has unobstructed westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico, without the beachfront prices.
