Barbara’s place was great. She’s a great host, the place was clean and very well equipped with laundry and beach gear and the location is incredible. Would stay again!

The location is perfect- just blocks from the Pacific Coast Hwy, so it is easy to access all the costal towns and beaches. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance, as is a beach.

This was very cozy and convenient place to stay in corona Del Mar. Barbara was do accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Definitely will recommend her place.

The location is in a quiet and beautiful residential area where the beach and restaurants are all a walkable distance away. The host was quick to respond to questions. Parking on the street is available however it is important to note that on street cleaning days parking is not allowed on one side or the other. Pay attention to signs! The unit is accessed from an alley but it is well lit at night and a very short distance from the street. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. A great getaway spot!

Thank you for your kind review. I'm so glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the walkable location to the beach and restaurants, and found the unit comfortable and clean. Thank you for mentioning the street sweeping signs and the alley access. In Corona del Mar, all of the homes, and rear guest units are accessed from the alleys, so it's simply how the neighborhood is designed. As you noted, the alley is well lit and just a very short walk from the street. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope to welcome you back on your next visit!

Barbara was a wonderful host. Her property was perfect for 3 of us coming for a long weekend visit. Location couldn’t have been better and the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable!!

Unit is steps from restaurants and shopping, walkable.The condo was exceptionally clean, nice size bedroom.Deck off of living rm was enjoyable in the evenings.Would stay there again.

Terrific one bedroom in adorable neighborhood. We walked to the beach and eateries. Has everything you need and is very clean. We would highly recommend this place.

Perfect

This property is as advertised and is in a perfect location. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The host was great to work with and on top of everything. We would stay there again and would recommend it as well. The only thing is the door needs window covering, so it felt a bit more private.

Great location!

Cute neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. This was a nice one-bedroom apartment for weekend getaway. Parking was easy. Bed was soft and comfy. Sunny patio for morning coffee was a treat. Barbara was great at communicating.

Adorable one bedroom house in great spot! Barbara was so easy to communicate with - she even turned the lights on for us since we got in later than planned. So glad the bedroom had a special AC unit - that kept us cool at night while sleeping. A great space for a couples getaway- walkable to everything corona Del Mar has to offer. Parked on 5th like she suggested and always had a spot. Super easy and super chill!

Great location. The apartment has everything you need. Stayed here for a month (Jan-Feb. 2026) working remotely and loved it. I would definitely recommend staying here. The Wifi is excellent (very fast), A/C in bedroom with option for window A/C in living room (although not really needed since it cooled down in the evenings and could just open the windows), water gets hot quick, fantastic outdoor deck, and washer & dryer accessible. Quiet at night, great nights sleep each night.If I had to pick anything I would change, it would be that there is some construction going on nearby and towards the end of my stay could be heard regularly in the day. And the dogs bark. But overall, I would still stay here again.

We’re especially glad the home worked well for your month-long remote stay — fast WiFi, a quiet night’s sleep, and a comfortable workspace are so important when working from home. We’re happy you enjoyed the outdoor deck, quick hot water, and the flexibility of the A/C options. We try to make sure guests have everything they need for both short and extended stays. Regarding the nearby construction, it is in its final stages and expected to be completed soon. Like many coastal neighborhoods, occasional daytime activity can happen, but evenings remain peaceful. Perfect in many ways!

Everything about this place was right for us! We were welcomed by Barbara our host and her two beautiful dogs. We walked into a spotless place that had everything that we needed for our stay and the bed was super comfy too! The location was a short walk to stores and restaurants in the quaint area of Corona Del Mar. I highly recommend staying in this peaceful, relaxing place and look forward to coming back :)
