Noelani 208 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 2nd floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a remodeled kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The condo can accommodate up to 2 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with Hawaiian-theme decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool. Please note that the sofa bed cannot be used at this time. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

The inviting bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a large walk in shower with custom tile work. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The high-end kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
