Natural lighting, minimalist design, and new upgrades give a high-quality feel while multiple amenities make for easy, everyday casual living.
The home is an only one minute drive from downtown Colorado Springs, less than 0.5 mile to a major hospital and is located in a mature neighborhood with trees, green spaces, and walking paths. It is a beautiful and convenient location!
***PARKING: There is a small detached single-car garage and shared driveway with the main house on the property. Parking in the driveway is first come, first served, UNLESS reserved at the time of booking (Additional $50/month. Subject to availability; MUST request during booking for approval). Otherwise, there is free, easily accessible street parking in front of the house, or on nearby side streets.
