Calico Cottage - Room for families and big groups!

This mid-century beauty is fully renovated and ready for your group. The home is perfect for retreats, family reunions and other gatherings with plenty of space for everyone. Our property allows you easy access to both the local ambiance and the natural beauty of the region. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place. The house is a newly-remodeled mid-century style home with a spacious main floor that has four bedrooms, the kitchen and great room as well as a laundry. The lower level has 3 bedrooms (including a built-in, 4-bunk room), a full bath, kitchenette and small laundry. New front and rear wood decks, a side porch with swings and a spacious backyard provide outdoor entertainment space to enjoy the beauty and fresh air of the Ozarks. Guests will enjoy access to the entire home during their stay. We are always available through the Airbnb app or by cell phone/text.

Highly recommend this if you have a big group - we had a group of 9 and everyone loved it!! So spacious and decorated so nice. We definitely want to go back!

Awesome property, great trip

The house and amenities were amazing. Loved everything about it. The property owners were incredibly responsive when we had questions. The people where super friendly, and the area is beautiful, with lots of options for things to do.

Wonderful stay in this newly renovated and expertly decorated home. There was plenty of comfortable sleeps and well stocked for a family vacay. The town was nostalgic and the home was even better.

Fishing and Book Lovers Dream

Great setup for a large group. Kitchen was amazing and two separate living areas kept everyone entertained. The decorations were very thought out. We loved looking at and reading some of the books that are too old to find on a kindle. Walking distance to great fishing and the town of Calico Rock.

Lonnie and Robin are very responsive to everything you need. The house is beautiful and hosted our large family for our Moms 80th birthday party. The inside is very comfortable, clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for all our needs even an espresso machine. There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the inside. The bathrooms were really well stocked with towels and plenty of hot water for all. The stairs going downstairs were a little tricky. It did rain quite a bit while we were there so getting everyone inside safely from the road to the front door was a a little tricky. A side walk would have been nice. The back patio is huge and has lots of space but because of the rain and not being covered was hard to enjoy. Comfortable seating and being covered outside would have made it amazing. It is a beautiful home and was almost perfect for all we needed. Thank you for sharing your home.
