Looking for a relaxing holiday spot? Check out this modern 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of our Island. Situated on the fourth floor of a residential building block, the apartment is easily accessible with a lift. Please note, however, that there is one flight of stairs to access the lift.

The entrance to the apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with all the necessities for home-cooked meals. A whimsical wooden dining table that comfortably seats six adds a touch of charm. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a smart TV.

From the living area, one can access the spacious, sunny terrace. Equipped with outdoor furniture and a sofa, it's perfect for fresco dinners or early morning breakfasts.

The apartment features two bedrooms located at the back, with one double bed (measuring 160cm wide) and an ensuite with a bathtub. The other bedroom is a twin room. The apartment also has a full family bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Free wifi access is included, as well as wall-hung a/cs in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living area. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this central accommodation.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 15.00 pm and the check-out is at 10.00am.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. Please note that the ac consumption is not included in the free allocated amount. The ac/s are charged separately with a coin meter located at the apartment that accepts both 1euro and 2euro coins.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
