Forming one of the 3 units in this villa, this ground floor apartment is very nicely decorated and has a homey feel. It is right next to the pool and deck area. It is very well lit with 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. A combined living/dining area and a separate kitchen overlooking the pool and BBQ area. Property comes with free parking space, free WiFi and free cable t.v.
It is fully airconditioned and the consumption for the Aircondition is to be paid as per use by a coin sub meter located next to the entrance door.
One can enjoy the use of the pool, outdoor BBQ area and pool deck together with it's own patio with tables and chairs to have breakfast watching the sunrise or enjoying the calm outdoors in the evening.

I am married and have 2 girls and 2 adorable grandchildren.I was born in Malta and the village of Mellieha is my hometown and have always lived here and would not change Mellieha for the world.

I have been renting holiday properties since I was a teenager as I used to rent my father`s apartments and so I have been in this business for a long time and know what holidaymakers are after.

I am a property manager of a number of properties all located in Mellieha.The properties I rent are properties that I beleive in and I am confident that holidaymakers would be very sadisfied staying in.

I always do my very best to provide the best service I possibly can to all my clients and help them in anyway possible.

The outside space is spacious for all 3 villa units with a large and welcoming swimming pool which is always well maintained and clean.
