This studio is newly built in July 2023 and thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind.

- All of furnitures are brand new.

- Smart 55" inch TV with Roku installed with bose speaker.

- High-speed broadband fiber wifi

- A/C & heating unit for your comfort

- 1 king-sized bed, sofa can be converted into a bed. We just recently upgraded to a king bed instead of queen size

- Home office set up with working desk and 24 inches monitor. Keyboard/trackpad available upon request (see photo)

- Fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster oven, electric kettle, induction-stove and 32qt-oven suitable to cook 4-6 people meals. Tea and coffee is also provided.

- Freshly wash and clean towels & linen is provided in closet

- Onsite washer/dryer with laundry detergent available

- Enclosed private yard with furniture.

- 1 car off-street parking on the drive way. There are plenty of street curb side parking in front of the property

- This home is a part of multi-family property, with complete privacy (private entrance and private yard comes with the listing).

- This is a new guesthouse studio - clean, comfortable, and private, though not a luxury property. There are larger homes are located on the same location, but each unit is completely separate with its own walkway, entrance, and yard area.

- The studio shares a soundproof wall with the main house, so noise is minimal. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided for noise-sensitive guests.

- You will not have to do any type of chores upon check-out since it is included in the cleaning fee.

- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.
