This spacious home is ideal for wedding parties, multi-generational family reunions, and large group getaways. It comfortably sleeps 16+ guests with plenty of room for everyone.
Parking & Access
Parking is located on the side of the house. There are 4 entrance doors on the first floor — your access code will open all of them.
Home Layout:

First Floor (Common Areas): Mudroom, full kitchen, dining room, sunroom, sitting room, living room, and bathroom. These spaces are shared by all guests.
Second Floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom.
Third Floor: 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One is a private parents’ suite with a King bed, connected to a large kids’ suite that sleeps up to 8. The third floor is private with no common areas.

Located just 1 mile from Great Wolf Lodge indoor waterpark and Hollywood Casino — the perfect home base for family fun and celebrations.
We began restoring this special property in 2022 and are proud to share it with guests who appreciate historic charm and comfortable group accommodations.
