6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom 1870 Farmhouse. Right next to Great Wolf & Hollywood Casino

Welcome to The Blythedale Inn, a restored 1870s historic farmhouse in Perryville, Maryland. This is a self check-in whole-house rental, not a staffed hotel or inn: there is no front desk and no breakfast. You have the entire house to yourselves, which makes it a natural fit for family reunions, wedding parties, and multi-generational stays. Overnight guests are limited to 16.

The home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Five bedrooms have king beds. The kids' bunk room has two twin bunk beds and a double sofa bed. Two living areas each have a double sofa bed. Please arrange your group within the 16-overnight maximum in the house rules. We do not accept more than 16 people overnight.

Shared first-floor spaces include a mudroom, full kitchen, dining room, sunroom, sitting room, living room, and a bathroom. The third floor is private, with no common areas: a parents' king suite connected to the kids' bunk room, each with a private bathroom. Other bedrooms include additional king rooms, and the second-floor bedrooms share a bathroom. Outside, there is a porch and a courtyard with a fire pit and chairs.

The house sits about a mile from Great Wolf Lodge and Hollywood Casino, in Perryville and convenient to I-95. It is an easy home base for the waterpark or an evening at the casino, with a full kitchen and space for everyone to gather. We began restoring the farmhouse in 2022 and are proud to share its historic character with groups who want the whole place.

Fast WiFi is about 600 Mbps download and 47 Mbps upload, which handles streaming, video calls, and remote work. Parking is a U-shaped driveway and lot beside the house and fits about 4-5 cars. Larger groups should plan to carpool and keep the number of cars limited.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. You check yourselves in with an access code that opens the four first-floor entrance doors. No staff is on site during your stay.

Best for reunions, wedding parties, and multi-gen groups who want the whole house. Family gatherings and celebrations are welcome when they stay non-disruptive and respectful of our quiet residential neighbors. Loud, drunk, or college-style parties are not allowed. Please see the house rules for gathering guidelines. No pets - the owner has severe allergies.
