Located on the shores of the gorgeous Lake Massasecum, this home features:
- Its own swimming area.
- Private dock.
- Beautiful views.
- Air Conditioning in the entire home
- Conveniently located only 5 minutes to the town of Bradford, 10 minutes to Henniker and Lake Sunapee, and just under 15 minutes to the wonderful town of Warner!
If the private beach isn't enough, enjoy the rocky outcrop and sandy beach of French’s Park town beach just steps from the front door. Guests can also use the provided:
- 4 Kayaks.
- 1 Paddleboard.
- 1 Paddleboat.
The options for being on the water are truly endless! For winter guests, ice fishing and ice skating are right out your back door. Plus, Pat’s Peak Ski Area and Mount Sunapee Resort are each just 15 minutes away. No matter the season, this lovely home is the perfect stay for a vacation you'll never forget!
