Located waterfront, and less than 5 minutes from Mount Sunapee (on the north side of traffic circle avoiding all the traffic). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can pack your family & friends in and make for lasting memories. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck "hanging in the lake", kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, miles of trails, snowmobiling, or just cozying up with a book. Something for everyone!

This 3 bedroom home has two full-size beds upstairs and 2 twins in the downstairs bedroom. It has two full baths, that were recently redone, and modernized. The house is set up for enjoying a summer night's breeze and outdoor dining, while literally "on the water". The deck cantilevers off the house into the lake. There is a wood stove and a propane fireplace to keep you cozy during ski season, and we aim to make sure your stay is comfortable. With the lake right here, and the mountain only minutes away, this is a great spot any time of year. Come enjoy all that Sunapee and the cottage has to offer.

The house has a private parking area (4 cars).

You will have the access to Mountainview Lake.

There are lifejackets, kayaks, and paddles for you to use. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. Really appreciate.

Pet(s) friendly house with an additional pet fee. $100 per stay for up to 2 dogs
The third dog will be an additional $100 per stay.
The maximum number of dogs we allow is 3.
Cats are not allowed because some people are allergic to them.

***** Additional House Rule *****
• There are no launching boats or jets skis at the house.
• Please leave used sheets on the beds so they can be stripped and washed after checkout.
• Please try and conserve towel use by reusing towels if possible. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout to distinguish used towels from unused towels.
• Please bring the trash to the dumpster we own. It is about 2 minutes walking distance, or 1-minute driving distance, from the house you are staying. You can check the last picture in the Airbnb listing to find the dumpster location. No need to separate the recycling. All trash will get sorted for recycling.
• Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of before leaving.
• Dishes used should be placed in the dishwasher and set to wash before leaving.
• Before ordering or having any packages shipped to the residence please check with hosts first.
• There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.
• There are absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED
• There are NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
