This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can pack your family & friends in and make for lasting memories. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck "hanging in the lake", kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, miles of trails, snowmobiling, or just cozying up with a book. Something for everyone!

This 3 bedroom home has two full-size beds upstairs and 2 twins in the downstairs bedroom. It has two full baths, that were recently redone, and modernized. The house is set up for enjoying a summer night's breeze and outdoor dining, while literally "on the water". The deck cantilevers off the house into the lake. There is a wood stove and a propane fireplace to keep you cozy during ski season, and we aim to make sure your stay is comfortable. With the lake right here, and the mountain only minutes away, this is a great spot any time of year. Come enjoy all that Sunapee and the cottage has to offer.

The house has a private parking area (4 cars).

You will have the access to Mountainview Lake.

There are lifejackets, kayaks, and paddles for you to use. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. Really appreciate.

There are kayaks and paddleboards with lifejackets for your use. There is a grill, and there should be propane. I have a neighbor fill them for me, so if it ever gets low please let me know and I will bring you a full one right away.

The house will be ready for you by 4 for sure but will let you know when the cleaners are out. The key lock box is located next to the door on the side of the house. The code is 5168. T. The WiFi is "Sunnysidecottage" and the password is "123relax"

If you like pizza, You must try Ziggys pizza. It is amazing. I highly suggest the Big Macnamara... It tastes like a Big Mac and is incredible!

If you are interested in walking, you can go through the Ziggys parking lot, and all the way down Hamel road there are some really pretty trails that go around the lake. It is a nice easy relatively flat hike.
