• Security: Kindly note that an additional camera has been installed outside the garage. This camera is strategically positioned to monitor the driveway. We ask that guests refrain from parking there, as per home rules.

• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $500 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out
• Extra blankets are available in the bunk room along with extra sheets
• For your safety, during snowy or rainy weather, please avoid using the external front staircase, which can become icy and slippery. You can access year-round the property through the garage.
