Great space. Perfect for girls get away weekend Excellent service. It was at the top of the hill. We got a lot of exercise going up and down the stairs into town. No air conditioning, which is normal for Park City. Once it became cooler out, we were fine. House had enough fans. I would recommend it

Excellent place to stay in park city! We walked to dinner every night (LOTS of stairs but helps work off the meal). If there had been more snow would have been an awesome ski in/ski out property (maybe next year). Beds and pillows were super comfy, hot tub on the porch was amazing, kitchen very well equipped. Would def stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. The home had everything we needed and offered plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you would expect, including a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to relax and prepare meals.Communication with the host was excellent. We had a question during check-in, and they responded almost immediately, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free.Although the home doesn't have central air conditioning, it was well equipped for summer with several fans and a portable air conditioning unit in the upstairs primary bedroom, which kept it nice and cool at night.The location was excellent, just a short drive or an easy walk (using the stairs down the street) to the Main Street, making it convenient to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to others visiting Park City.

Have stayed in numerous VRBO properties in the Park City area and this one tops them all. It was the perfect location for my wife, two teenage sons and I for a long weekend. We liked the way the home is built on the hillside with bedrooms on various levels. It gave each of us plenty of space. The interior is thoughtfully decorated. It was clean and well maintained. An unexpected feature was the abundance of work areas each with a computer monitor. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that is needed for meal preparation. The living room is comfortable with a large TV. (We enjoyed watching Michigan beat Oklahoma). If you don't mind climbing 300 steps, the downtown area is an easy walk. The steps are well maintained and thoughtfully designed to make the walk as easy as possible. There is parking right outside the house. Check in was easy. Communication with the host was thorough and when I had a question it was quickly addressed. If you are looking for a beautiful home with easy access to the downtown area (or ski slopes) I'd highly recommend this property.

Great rental located close to downtown and slopes

Spent a week at the home and really enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to skiing and downtown shopping and restaurants. Home is very clean and neat and well appointed with TVs in every room, comfortable setting with two gas fireplaces. Kitchen has every amenity you might need. I will definitely consider returning next year.

Perfect location for a ski trip!

You can't beat this location with it's proximity to the slopes just a few houses down. The ability to ski in and out made for such an easy trip! The house was super clean, very comfortable and well stocked for our group. Beds are very comfortable after a full day of skiing, and the bathrooms and kitchen were all updated well. Easy access to the town from the nearby stairs as well. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this house.

A FANTASTIC property

In a trip beset by difficulties, this property was the shining light. Between snow and sickness, we had immense personal challenges. But this property felt like home and was nothing short of instrumental to our enjoyment.

Wonderful PC Stay!

Wow! Whether you’re an avid skier/snow boarder, new to outdoor winter activities, or simply like the snow, this house is a must stay. Once you arrive, no need to use your car. The ski in/out ability is unmatched. Walk down a couple flights of stairs to the main street for some great food and drinks. The house had 3 good size bedrooms, a comfortable family room that was great for chilling after a day of skiing or looking out over the town below. The pictures accurately showed a newly remodeled home with a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was great. A couple days it started snowing while we were in the tub with our beverages. Perfect way to cap the day.

This is a very nice condo, we had two couples and plenty of room. Since we cook most of our meals, I can say it has everything you could possibly need and then some. Although there is only parking for one car, the lot for the other isn’t too far of a walk. Rental company is very responsive when we had a question. We would rent here again if in this area.

Great view of the sunrise in Park City. Very close to main street even if you have to climb a lot of stairs. Overall a very comfortable location with good amenities. We were very happy with our stay!

Rare Find with Easy Access to Slopes & Main Street!

We decided to make a last minute trip to PC and this place (to our amazement) was available. It made the week. It has everything you need – a full kitchen, a homey living room to sit and catch up with friends or watch a movie, and super easy access to two hallmarks of a proper trip to Park City – Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. An oasis in Old Town!

An oasis in Old Town! Steps (and importantly, no stairs!) from the ski slope, and a few short flights down to Main Street, with its restaurants, bars (check out No Name!), and the Egyptian Theater! We stayed here for a week earlier in the fall and had an amazing time with family. The house is fully appointed and has all the character and coziness you look for in a mountain crash pad. We loved the vertical living – bedrooms on three distinct floors with two communal floors in between – the hot tub after a long day out, and views of the valley. We will be coming back, no question!
