Welcome to the North End in Halifax! Our home has been brought to life with colours and comfortable areas to relax. This is the top floor unit of a home in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood, surrounded by great restaurants and local shops.

The Space:
This unit was once the top floor of a 4 bedroom home, and has been partitioned to be completely separate. You will notice the partition in the unit, and there is also a locked & sealed door behind it to close off the main level. The entrance is located on the right side of the house atop of 2 flights of stairs.
Because of small kitchen, there is not a full size oven... instead there is a small convection oven, and an electric hotplate.

Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.
Parking on premises is a shared driveway with two other apartments. Be mindful of this before booking.

Welcome to the tranquil and family-oriented neighborhood of Rosemeade Avenue. Nestled in a serene corner of town, this area exudes a sense of calm and peacefulness, offering a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and a peaceful atmosphere.
Getting Around:
There is lots of free street parking right outside our house, and we occasionally have room in the narrow driveway... so if you have a car this is an excellent place to stay.
If you plan to bus/bike/walk, you will be roughly 10-15 minutes to the nearest grocery store.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this home does not have air conditioning (A/C) available. However, we have taken measures to ensure your comfort with alternative cooling options.
Additionally, we want to inform you that cable TV service is not provided in this home. Nevertheless, we offer internet access for your entertainment needs, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies during your stay. Embrace the opportunity to unwind and enjoy a cozy and cable-free experience in our home.
We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE:
● Salt and pepper
● 1 paper towel
● 2x toilet paper per bathroom
● 4 bath towels
