Welcome to our charming and serene apartment, nestled in the heart of Athens' central district. Rest assured, the area is incredibly safe and conveniently located near iconic landmarks like the Acropolis (Parthenon), Plaka, and Monastiraki, all just a short 5-minute metro ride away. You can also easily access Mount Lycabettus in just 15 minutes, and Syntagma Square in a mere 3 minutes by metro.

Don't miss the opportunity to witness the famous guard-changing ceremony at the President's Palace while heading to Syntagma. It takes place every hour, and on Sundays at 10.45 a.m., you can enjoy the parade guard change.

For those interested in academic pursuits, the Kapodistrian University of Athens is within proximity. Additionally, you'll find easy access to the metro Megaro Mousikis, Athens' concert hall, US Embassy as well as the Aretaieion Hospital, Alexandra General Hospital, and Andreas Syngros Hospital, all just an 8-minute walk away.
