The 3 levels of patio are perfect for outdoor relaxing. Gas-range grill provided.

5 minutes from downtown and the best restaurants around!

The condo is located a quiet community with lots of deer and trees around. Many people come with their pets and enjoy taking walks in the area.


THE SPACE:
4 Levels with over 1,000 square feet of patio.

The kitchen has all the amenities and lots of space for cooking and entertaining.

The dining & living room has lots of seating, a fireplace, pull out queen sofa and a 68 inch tv (access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc).

The basement has an additional bedroom (with fireplace) with queen sized bed, theater room and full bathroom.

The theater room has pull out sofa and 3 massage chairs!

BEDROOMS :
There are 2 bedrooms with king sized bed, private full bathrooms, 58 inch TVs, walk in closets, and blackout curtains.

The attic room has 2 twin beds and a pull out twin bed. Perfect for kids or additional guests!

It's the perfect retreat /getaway while still enjoying all the entertainment, shops, stores & restaurants.

GUEST ACCESS:
The guests have access to 3 total parking spaces.

There is one smart lock door for initial access and a separate entry/ exit on the basement level.

OTHER ITEMS OF NOTE:
All homes built in the 80s/90s of Ruidoso have uneven heat distribution. It can get cold on the bottom level while getting very hot on the upper levels. To the end, we have worked hard to alleviate these issues by providing heaters in the colder rooms.

PLEASE do NOT move the heaters from the rooms they are set in! They work very well based upon their current locations to provide maximum comfort to each guest.
