Very out dated cabin. Old and smells very bad. Location is very nice with big property. Pool is very nice, but it is very old. Needs update to restrooms, floors, and pool. Kitchen was very nice and big.

Property needs to be updated, replace all old furniture and carpets, broken clock on wall by main entrance broken light covers and some missing, heater in basement don’t work, shower heads in main master bathroom need to be replaced, and need a bigger grill. Property wise very spacious and your neighbors are distant.

The kids loved the house and pool. The house looks just like the listing and was clean (except old bottles and chip bags found under the beds when I was cleaning, which were not ours). However, the downstairs heater was not working and it got down to 53 our 2nd night and the kids were extremely cold. The pool table is not playable as it is broken, torn up, and wobbly. And you need muscle to open and close the door to the swimming pool. We had a great time regardless and it's a birthday my daughter and her friends will not soon forget!

Vacation Saver

Weather did not cooperate with us, so we stayed in the pool and game room almost the whole vacation. It was a vacation saver for sure!

Family get away

We enjoyed our stay and plan on it again. The pool was a big hit for the younger ones and nice hot tub for adults. Loved the patio for morning coffee and lots of room to hang out with the family.

The hot tub listed on your site, is actually connected to the pool and is luke warm, more of a jacuzzi and not hot tub. That is misleading. Also the place needs maintenance, showers not working, doors that are extremely hard to open or do not lock, toilet seats cracked, pool/ping pong table not usable, carpet extremely torn, stained in bad shape.

Beautiful cabin located perfectly within minutes of grocery stores and town.

The renting process was very quick and easy, the cabin was very good, only a few, non-considered big issues, due to the life of the cabin. Very clean and comfortable!!!!

Just an fyi the two showers on the bottom floor have no water pressure and we couldn’t turn the knobs to the tub to turn water on we all used the shower in the master bedroom other than that we found the cabin nice and warm very cozy the pool was heated kids had a blast the kitchen is an amazing huge layout loved having enough room to dine everyone hung out it was very very nice clean thank you!!!

Awesome pool!

Little bear lodge is a great spot for families to come together and hang out! The size of it accommodated my family, my sister's, and my parents along with my three other siblings. The ppool was awesome, perfect for the kids to get their energy out!

Ruidoso is famous the world over for being the home of the richest quarter horse race; The All American Futurity. Live racing occurs each summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Wintertime activities includes Ski Apache which is the Southernmost ski resort providing the warmest weather skiing and snowboarding to be found. Hummingbird Cabins is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of personal care and service. We are at your service and welcome you to our mountain paradise.

Please read: Hummingbird Cabins, LLC is the host and who will provide customer service after you've booked your rental home through VRBO. Therefore, be advised that our cancellation policy as well as our inhouse policies and procedures may differ from VRBO.
