Aris Oasis Private Pool Heat Included

Oasis in the desert w/ private heated pool (no fee for heating) We have a very clean 4 bedroom home with 7 comfy beds 🛏 , plus a pack and play. 2.5 baths. Fully outfitted kitchen. Propane BBQ on the deck (propane provided). Propane fire pit and Corn whole in the backyard and pool table inside. Outdoor eating area & 4 sun loungers. We also have board games, puzzles, books and DVD’s for our guests to use. Full size arcade game, with 14 classic games to choose from.

There is a private park across the street with trails to more parks that include basketball hoops & soccer nets! We have sports balls for use at the house!

All bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and laundry room are usable by guests! Private backyard with pool for guests! (Garage and some closets are locked for supplies but each bedroom has ample closet space!)

We have contactless check-in and check-out, however we are available to answer any questions or concerns. We have a great response time.

There is a private park across the street with trails to more parks that include basketball hoops
& soccer nets! We have sports balls for use at the house!
The house is less then 15 min from The Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA/AZA) and less then
30 min from the Phoenix airport (PHX) depending on traffic.
House is 20 min from the Legacy Sports Park.
The closest grocery store is Fry’s it’s less then a mile away.

An Uber/Lyft ride to the Mesa airport is around $15 and the Phoenix airport is around $40 the last time I checked.
You can walk to Fry’s the closest grocery store (less then 1 mi away) We have several wonderful parks within walking distance.
Gilbert Regional Park is less then 3 mi away.

We require First and Last names of all guests over 18 in acknowledgment that they have read and agree to our house rules. We also require picture ID for the person booking the reservation.
We do offer no charge year round pool heating, our pool uses a heat pump , so if outside temperatures are too cold the pool may not get to full heat.

Great space to enjoy family time. Nice heated pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Great selection of kitchen utensils. Property manager/owner was communicative, kind and responsive.

We had a family wedding near by. Shared this wonderful house with family from Nebraska, California, and Tucson. Everything was as described. The house was clean and spacious. Would stay here again and a family member is hoping to bring her family here next year.

We are local and were looking for a place everyone could stay at together. We were not disappointed!This home was extremely spacious, clean, and very welcoming. Our family enjoyed every aspect from the pool and grill to livings for movies and a game of pool. The kitchen had everything we didn’t bring and it overwell just a pleasant memorable stay, thank you!

Coffee Bar!

This home was in the perfect location for our visit to see family. We enjoyed having the room to spread out as well as the large sectional and spacious dining table for when we wanted to come together. The beds were super comfortable and the house was well-stocked with paper products as well as kitchen and bath supplies. The coffee and tea bar was a nice perk! The pool was fantastic! We really appreciated the amount of outdoor seating and the baskets of beach towels and toys. Check-in and check-out was super easy as was communication with our host.

Arizona Getaway

We were looking for a place to relax and escape the MN winter. We enjoyed our poolside days. It can be cool in January, but the heater helps. We found 70 degrees and sunny was warm enough for swimming. There really was all we needed and enough space and supplies for our 3 generation crew. The coffee bar was well supplied too! Thanks for a nice stay.

Family Trip

This property worked well for my family. We had 4 adults staying at this rental. Our trip was to go meet some family for the first time. The Pool Table and Pac Man arcade games were a hit and gave us something to do, as we had gloomy, wet weather during our stay. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The Fire Pit was nice as well on the cooler days/nights. The house was set up very well with laundry detergent to clean your close, kitchen utensils and even spices, etc. They planned out very well what guests might need on their stay. Highly recommend
