Immerse yourself in the seamless blend of historic charm and contemporary indulgence of our thoughtfully renovated 19th-century property.

The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, each housing two single beds that can be easily converted into a double setup.
The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower and complete with upscale washer/dryer facilities, hairdryer, and essential toiletries.

There is a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV and a dining table that seats four guests and a fully equipped kitchen.

You’ll love the place because of the coziness, unique and friendly style.

The apartment is perfect for friends, couples, business travelers and families.

The apartment has excellent Wi-Fi.

Great host!
We had a great stay! We were upgraded to a different villa due to some maintenance issues, and it worked out even better with everyone getting their own rooms. The communication was top tier from the hosts; we even learned about a volcanic eruption before the news released it and we were assured we were in no danger. Communication was always prompt and timely. The house was very clean and cute! Had everything you could need for your stay. The location was great and most everything was walkable from there for us. Note that it is not handicap friendly (the listing may say this) but there are steps to get in the door as well as steps to the showers as none are on the main floor, only a half bath. We got a nice welcome package of Icelandic chocolate! Would definitely stay again.

Bottom Floor Apartment in Amazing Location
The charm and location of this property can’t be beat! Comfortable spaces and incredible shower with quality toiletries. We also enjoyed the paid parking available right out front. Host was communicative and even allowed for an early check in, which was wonderful! Only thing to note is that you are in a shared, historic building. If you are bothered by hearing footsteps, this may not be the place for you as you are at the mercy of whoever is staying above you. Also, staying in such a beautiful and historic apartment means you really get the traditional feel of the charm of Reykjavik homes! We would stay here again!

All we needed
Great location. Clean. Just enough room. Didn’t realize there wasn’t an oven (bought a few frozen pizzas for the kids) but no biggie! Host was great. Highly recommend
