This Modern Industrial space includes all the amenities to make you feel more at home including:

- Pet Fee-$100 which is not included in the Booking rate!

- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.

- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

A nice, clean, cozy getaway about 10 minutes from everything. Would recommend Uber to get out and about.

New Spot for Nashville visits!

Check in and check out process was very smooth, and the property manager was always a text away with quick responses. It was very close to where we needed to be, and we had dinner one night in East Nashville (about 15 min back to the unit after dinner) Definitely recommend this place! Super cozy, and being pet friendly was a plus!

Let me first start with the positive -and there a lot of positives! The apt was clean, cozy and comfortable. Bed was great, couch was comfy, and there was plenty of storage space. AC worked great and ceiling fan in bedroom was nice. Dog amenities were very thoughtful though i had brought my own [feeding dishes, dog towels, rubber mat for dog dishes - nice touches!].The location was really the tough part for me. It’s in a converted office park. There was really no place to walk the dog other than the courtyard between the 4 buildings. This is not a walkable location to anything. The kitchen cooking equipment was minimal - no cutting board or mixing bowls.Lastly, the windows for the apt face the exterior walkway so you cant leave the shades open or anyone walking by can see into the apt.I feel like this all sounds harsh so I am sorry for that. Overall, I had a very good stay!
