Very clean, nice stove and love the walking path near by-1 mi to left and a couple to the right with ocean view in distance - combined w/ connected path options, could easily get in 10 miles with some elevation - loved it!
Scenic path a half block away.

Lots of parking in front of house in quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very sweet and helpful. Place is cozy but very clean with lots of linens, towels etc. We enjoyed it and can't wait to stay again.

It was perfect for husband and me. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the place had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio too. Location convenient for our needs and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Also a very nice walking trail just feet away. Jennifer checked on us as well. Very accommodating!

San Marcos Stay

The attached unit (guest house) I stayed in was perfect for me! Location is so convenient, host on site and very available and responsive when I had a minor issue.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay and Jennifer did a great job checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The guest house was very clean, comfortable and we loved having a full kitchen and access to laundry. We would definitely rent again!

Good Stuff

Property was attractive and comfortable, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, met the owner who was cordial and friendly, encouraging us to contact her if we needed anything. Easy getting into the property and leaving. Would stay there again.

Pleasant Month Long Stay

This little mother-in-law suite was perfect for my month long stay in San Marcos for school! It had all the amenities needed to keep me comfortable in this home away from home. Jennifer responded right away and checked in occasionally to see if I needed anything. Wonderful host and wonderful location. Will definitely consider for any future stays in San Marcos!

New Years Getaway

Enjoyed having our own space with a private entrance. The keyless entrance was a little touchy and gave us issues. The area was clean and worked perfectly for us. The futon couch was not that comfortable and we ended up having to watch the iPad on the bed. The area was great and the walking track was a plus. The amenities were also great. My only suggestion would be up upgrade to a more comfortable couch. Other than that the place was great.
