At the top of Kingsbury Grade and completely upgraded! The highest eastern and southern facing home on Kingsbury allows you to enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of Heavenly and the surrounding mountains. Incomparable sunrises and sunsets. Less than a 5 minute drive to both the Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach lifts and lodges. Three King Beds, Three 65" TVs, High Speed Wifi, Nespresso, Weber Grill, and Fully Stocked High End Designer Kitchen.
Tri-level floor plan. All new paint, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, fixtures, and furniture. New windows and stair railing will be completed by August 12th. The middle floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, a kitchen, fireplace, dining area, and a private deck with a Weber propane grill. The large loft bedroom has tons of natural light from the two windows facing the ski resort, as well as a closet space. Downstairs is another living area with a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a second private (covered) deck. High end appliances, dinnerware, cutlery, and a Nespresso in the kitchen, and all three bedrooms have a king bed! Three 65" smart TVs, with high speed wireless internet that reaches all corners of the home. The local Tramway Market carries most of your daily essentials at a better price than the major stores in Tahoe, so you're never more than 3 minutes from whatever you need. And if you want to go into town, you're only a 5 minute drive to the casinos, and a few extra minutes to the California border.
Guests will be provided an access code for the nest door lock.
This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
• Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
• Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the
parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
• Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
• During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm.
• No smoking or pets allowed in the unit.
