Welcome to "The 3 Bears," a newly built luxury cabin perched in the peaceful landscapes of the Smoky Mountains. This exquisite retreat balances seclusion with easy access to local attractions. This 3-bedroom sanctuary is adorned with high-end finishes. Granite countertops grace the kitchen and all three bathrooms, radiating elegance and sophistication. The open-concept living area, fitted with stainless steel appliances, invites you to savor meals while accommodating eight guests comfortably. Each bedroom offers a distinct charm: a king-size bed on the main level and another king and queen upstairs, each with its own luxurious bathroom for ultimate privacy. Additional comfort is provided by a sleeper sofa, a half bath on the main level, and ceiling fans in all rooms. The cabin boasts a game room with a retro arcade and air hockey table plus an outdoor hot tub for leisurely relaxation. Enjoy the outdoor seating area, perfect for sitting under the stars, and a park-style grill for those BBQ evenings. "The 3 Bears" enjoys a prime location, just a 3-minute drive from the Parkway. Here you have easy access to Dollywood, The Island, and more, while still benefiting from the serenity of a quiet, newly-built resort. Experience the melody of comfort, tranquility, and convenience at "The 3 Bears". It's not just a vacation; it's where luxury, nature, and convenience meet to create unforgettable memories.

Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Communication was excellent. Could have used more welcoming amenities like shampoo conditioner lotion and starter packs of coffee. Cabin is dry in the colder temps.

This was an absolutely phenomenal place to stay for our family! It was centrally located to all of our events and attractions. Very clean and comfortable! We would definitely book this same cabin, again!

We had a great stay at The 3 Bears cabin! The cabin was super clean and had all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. It is very close to all of the amenities that Pugeon Forge offers.If you came to Pigeon Forge for The Ripken Experience, the cabin is advertised as being within walking distance to the complex. This is false information in my opinion. There is no way a baseball family is going to walk to the complex. Also.... the address link on the check-in page does not take you to the correct location.

Loved this cabin. Clean easy assess. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Only issue we had is someone forgot to tighten one of the patio chair screws. But no big deal. Will return Thanksgiving and will use 3 Bears in the future. We abaoutley had the easiest stay than we ever have in many years.

Cabin was very nice. Had everything you needed. The location (while not within walking distance as VRBO shows) was very close and easy to get to parkway from. Nice for when you are running back and forth throughout your day.

Great cabin close to attractions, baseball & restaurants.

Nice spacious cabin that was super clean. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. Only ding is that the listing included a map showing this cabin on the other side of the highway. We had anticipated that it would be walkable to Ripken based on that map but it was on the other side of the main highway. It was still a very short distance to the property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great new cabin

Had a great stay at 3 Bears. Only downside is if you are booking with VRBO the location is not as shown on the map with the listing. Still pretty convenient for a general Pigeon Forge visit, but we had others we were trying to be close to for our trip and this fact doubled the distance we had to travel to get to the rest of our group.

Beautiful, but cold

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was excellently decorated and kept. The HVAC system is inadequate for the space which made our stay cold. The bedrooms were comfortable; however, the common spaces were incredibly cold causing the HVAC system to run non-stop until it flipped a breaker and did not work at all. A repairman came out and temporarily fixed the problem.

Absolutely LOVED the 3 Bears Cabin

The cabin was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the entire cabin was decorated for Christmas already. The location is perfect too! We were three-ish miles from all the fun things to do. It was a bit noisy around us but the community was full since it was Thanksgiving week. They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. An air hockey table, a vintage PAC-Man machine and board games were all available. My ONLY complaint is that the downstairs living area was ALWAYS cold while the upstairs was too warm if the heater and the fireplace was on. Bring an extra blanket if you are staying here during the colder months. Just a word of caution, our GPS didn’t work in some areas and also told us our destination was on the left when it’s actually on the right. The buildings numbers aren’t very well marked either. The community is pretty new so some mapping programs didn’t have it. Anyway, the hot tub was fabulous to relax in after a long day of sightseeing and fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Fall Vacay

Four generations in our family enjoyed our time at The 3 Bears Cabin. The accomdations were perfect for my parents ages 82-83 years old (downstairs bedroom suite) and for my young grandchildren (ages 1 - 7) upstairs. They especially enjoyed the game area with the air hockey game and PacMan gaming system. Beautifully decorated with all necessities in the cabin. Location was perfect for our daily excursions.

Great little cabin!

The cabin was clean, homey. and well equipped. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom plus a half bath. The big table was great for meals and playing games. We were very close to Dollywood, the Old Mill area and restaurants. Wish we’d had more time to relax on the porch in the rocking chairs! We’ll have to return soon!

Sanctuary

This cabin is nicely located in a community of cabins that is tucked away nicely from everything going on in Pigeon Forge. However, it is also close enough to quickly and actively engage with everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. It's like the best of both worlds!
