Welcome to our private furnished studio nestled on West 30th St, just a stone's throw away from 9th Avenue. Situated within a secure building, this studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step inside and be greeted by a full-size contemporary bed. The studio is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a tub, toilet, and medicine cabinet, as well as its own kitchen, a fridge, sink, and microwave. A dining table for two is also waiting for you. WiFi is also included.
Walking for a few minutes will take you to some of your favorite food stops like pizza restaurants, coffee shops, Krispy Kreme, KFC, and other popular food chains. Further steps will lead you to the historic Madison Square Garden, where many events are being held.
The Moynihan Train Hall is just one block away, directly across from New York Penn Station at 8th Avenue, to help you access different commuter rails across different cities and states. Yes, it's within walking distance from this cozy studio in West 30th St. Manhattan.

We chose this neighborhood because it's one of the best locations here in Manhattan. It's centrally located and in just a few steps, you'll reach Moynihan Train Hall that's going to transport you to different areas in New York and neighboring states through the LIRR and Amtrak. Penn Station, the main intercity railroad station in New York. It's also close to many restaurants and public attractions. It literally is near everything, yet pricing-wise, this studio is a rare find.
