This newly remodeled 3BD/2.5BA 6th floor Penthouse style condo at One Medano Beach Resort is located 200 Meters from the best swimming beach in Cabo (Medano Beach) and across the street from the Puerto Paraiso Mall which is home to world class shops and restaurants. It is one block from the Marina and walking distance to everything in town. Just a short walk around the neighborhood you will find many grocery stores, restaurants, bars and a ton of beach activities.

This Penthouse Style unit is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 6th floor and is approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 3 bedrooms each with a king bed, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the main and 2nd bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has beautiful city views with a small balcony to view the city lights at night.

The first-floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated pool and jacuzzi, tables with chairs and chaise lounges.

Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host will provide to you along with a front door key and main lobby door key code.

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It's known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land's End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It's a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it's a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

- A car in not needed to get around downtown Cabo. Most
places are a 5/10 minute walk.

Pro tip: The Corazon Resort next door (literally) offers a day pass for 800 pesos per person, (could be more different times of the year) which gives you access to their pools and facilities. The best part? You get the full amount back as credit to spend on food and drinks at the pool or restaurants.

Wonderful stay in Cabo

We definitely recommend staying in Laura's condo. The check-in and -out process was very easy, the location is ideal, and the condo is everything it looks like in the pictures and more! Laura and Jonathan were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. 5 stars.

Destination Christmas Trip 2024

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. We had 6 and there was plenty of space because this property is huge. It is close to everything, no need for a car. Walked to beaches, marina, grocery store, restaurants, bars, etc. Host was very helpful with local insight and ideas. We would book it again.

Luxury and restfull

Very nice condo on the 6th floor of a condo building. The condo has a great view of the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for. Jonathon, our concierge, was attentive and provided several tips to enjoy our stay. The unit is close to Walmart, shopping, the harbour and only a few min walk from the beach. The beach is a close walk (3-5 min) and they left all the amenities you would need for a nice day out including beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Highly recommend!! Would love to rent this again.

The property it self is beautifully decorated and is located in a prime location. Walking distance to stores, market, and marina. Host provides everything that you might need for the spacious kitchen and other amenities like towels, hats , and bags for the pool.I would have rated this property 5 stars we had a few issues with this property. The water was cut off and the AC was not working properly for the majority of the trip. The property mgt & Host are very responsive and I would definitely stay here again. We understand that stuff happens. We just happened to encounter those inconveniences.

Spectacular!

I have nothing but great things to say about this condo! The location is fantastic. So many places to walk to and taking a cab downtown is easy and inexpensive. Walkable too. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and exactly how it is shown on the site. It's updated, tasteful and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and the balcony is a wonderful place to hang and have coffee and cocktails and to look out to the water. Our property manager was super responsive when we needed a couple of things. We will be returning to this amazing property again and again!

Amazing condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is great! You have the entire 6th floor. Balcony is super nice to sit out on in the mornings and evening. This unit has absolutely everything you will need and more. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, little cooler, etc. The property manager is super easy to work with and extremely accomadating. The location is wonderful and only a short walk to Corazon Beach Club, The Office, Mango Deck and everything on Médano Beach or on town. The only negative is the pool is small and there are no services. For us, we loved spending four days here and being close to everything including Médano Beach and then heading to a resort. It was the perfect combination and way to get the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend this condo, especially for those who don’t like the big resort feel.
