If you are looking for a private getaway, this is where you want to be! There's not much in Cosby; however, you are close to Newport, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, etc.I would suggest going to Carvers in Cosby for some of the best sugar-free apple pies, jams/jellies, Amish Butter, and apples. You will not regret it.

Very curvy backroads to get to Gatlinburg so the proximity isn’t as good as we thought it would be It was clean. Pet friendly. No dishwasher and the coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Very well-kept cabin, ample privacy, and great if you’re wanting to stay away from the crowds on the parkway. Easy drive into town and the national park!

Our stay was good

David was very responsive with any question I had leading up to our stay. Everything was as advertised and cabin was located close to trails and gatlinburg. Hot tub was great as well! We had to leave early due to our family emergency but stay was great.

Perfect weekend getaway

Loved how secluded the cabin was! Very quiet and peaceful. Everything worked as advertised although the internet was hit and miss. Other than that, no complaints at all

Weekend hiking adventure

Loved this cabin. It is cozy, offers privacy, and gives you an awesome woods vibe. Loved sitting in the hot tub after hiking and looking into the trees. There are hikes all over. I loved this stay!

Beautiful Cabin

A perfect weekend getaway/babymoon! We wanted somewhere quiet to spend time with each other and enjoy our last couple weeks just as us before our baby arrives. Husband surprised me with a valentines weekend getaway in the mountains. We spent so much time sitting on the porch and watching all the wildlife. Our doggie was very impressed with the birds who came to say hello. The stay was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Cosby vacation

We loved staying in the mountains. Cosby is a break place to visit. We went for a wedding in Gatlinburg and it was about a 30 minute drive. We loved everything about this stay.

Great quiet place

The cabin was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub every single day. There is a local diner that was really good without having to drive very far and a dollar general market with fresh produce and meat for a quick trip.

Awesome getaway

Perfect getaway without the kids to unwind relax in the hottub and sip coffee in the 20 degree weather! I love how secluded this cabin is but still driving distance to things to do

Cozy

We enjoyed our stay and exploring the area. Very comfortable, hot tub was great, close to everything without the crowds of tourists. One hour away from Asheville and the Biltmore. Loved it.

April Stay in Cosby

Great place easy access and way better than places I have rented in Gatlinburg. My only suggestion would be time to replace the dining room chairs.

Tranquil Getaway!

The cabin was in a great spot tucked into the trees with lots of privacy. No issues with hot tub or good hot water. Would suggest an upgrade on towels and cookware as good spots to eat out are not super close.

Nice cabin, the only thing I would recommend is updating the furniture. Only 1 small love seat and 2 older glider rockers. The hot tub was very nice and clean as was the inside and outside of cabin.

Sadly not great

Unfortunately there were a few things that was not cleaned very well. The towels smelled horribly of smoke and main tv did not work properly.

TWO NIGHTS WITH OUT LIGHTS

We got there about 7:00 p.m. Sat. Night. to a big tree on the power lines at the cabin. Called David said power was out all over because of storm power company would be there tomorrow .We got up Sunday went on our way for the day got back to the cabin about 5:00 the new wires were on the pole but not to the cabin my husband went out and looked at the roof the pole for the wires were pulled out of the roof called David he was there in a flash said he would have someone here in the morning. By 5:00 Mon .we had power . HE reimbursed us for 3 days for the power and we had a great vacation with the great grandchildren the rest of the week . Thanks David
