The house is great, very spacious and well equipped. Great activities for the family, air hockey, small foosball and pool table, cornhole and bocci ball. Great location close to stores and restaurants. I didnt find it pet friendly the whole back yard is gravel with just a little side piece of grass. The hot tub is a small inflatable hot tub. The heater barely works. It was 100 degrees when we arrived after sitting in it for 20 minutes it was down to 86. Went out the next morning and it was only at 90 we stayed 2 nights and it only got back up to 93. Eric is very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a 1pm check in before i booked and he stated that wouldn't be a problem. We live 8 hrs away he emailed 4 hrs before our arrival stating we could not check in until 4 which i didn't see until after we arrived. When i showed up he was very rude and irritated that we were there. So we came back at 4. After check in we discovered that downstairs plug ins didnt work i called and left a message and after not hearing back 2 hrs later i emailed him took several hours to finally hear back. After we check out apparently we damaged a door he called me yelling at me then hangs up. I paid for a damage waiver but he wanted me to come back and fix the door. He did text me back and apologize. House is great owner is not.

Loved this house! Fire pit and hot tub were amazing and it was great having separate living areas for when the kiddos went to sleep. It does come equipped with a high chair, step stool, and pack n play. We did bring our own pack n play but it was nice to know we didnt have to bring a high chair and the step stool was handy!Very family friendly and the communication was great with the host with questions before and during our stay.

Host was very responsive. The house was beautiful and very clean with all the amenities needed. Love the home and Coeur d’Alene is absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely lovely home. Looks like brand new! A/C was perfect! Everyone took a quick soak in the hot tub. We were too exhausted after our days at Silverwood to do much else . Lots of space for our family of 10. Those beds are SO comfortable! Even the bunks!!! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Kids were delighted wit air hockey in particular!! thank you again for a great getaway

Location!

Loved this house! We had 2 families of 8 and we all fit! No one was on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings! We do wish there was an air fryer and waffle maker but we survived. Lots of towels! We always bring our own and discovered they had more than enough for our group. Wish you could control the thermostat out was pretty warm at night and freezing during the day. Overall we definitely would rent again. The owner was easy to get a hold of. Oh and having Walmart and silverwood so close was the biggest plus!

Enjoyable

Split level, plenty of space, 4 nights wasnt horrible for price, 20 minutes of a drive from Silverwood park. Checkout process was different than other rentals I've stayed in. Temperature control of the place is either too warm up stairs or too cold down stairs. And when kids mainly stay down stairs in bunks and adults are upstairs. Temperature management is a must.

Perfect for large families!

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family. Two bedrooms on the main level for couples and two bedrooms on the lower level for all the kids or singles. The kitchen was well stocked and the deck off the kitchen was comfortable to hang out on. The living room and downstairs family room were both very spacious. Easy drive to Silverwood/Boulder Beach! We would definitely stay there again!

Great time

I don’t do reviews, on principle mainly because too many people complain.So when I leave this review I hope it carries more weight.If you have kids, or vacationing with another family this property is plenty. Close to wal mart for the quick trip, close to silverwood, close to whatever you need. We had my 3 kids our friends 2 kids, 9 total humans.Great spot, super responsive owner, no issues on our end.We left a kid blanket behind, they mailed it to us no issues. This is a good spot!!!

What a perfect pretty little spot

This property was absolutely perfect! The photos were accurate and the communication was easy. There home had everything we could have needed. I absolutely appreciated the clear information and the organization of the home. It’s was just perfect for our family vacation. It was close to the attractions we were visiting but also offered really great amenities for the end of the day family time! I hands down recommend this home!

Lovely place to stay!

My family and I had a great stay! We had very young kids and the extra highchair and baby gate was a bonus, outdoor games were fun and kitchen was well stocked for cooking!

Clean, safe, fun stay in Couer d’Alene

Used this house as base camp for a soccer tournament in Couer d’Alene. The kids loved the bunk beds and air hockey & fuseball downstairs. The memory foam beds upstairs were very comfortable. The location was close to grocery stores, & restaurants. The owner was easily reached via text and provided great communication.

Great place

We stayed with a group of friends and went to Triple Play. Everything was well stocked including dishes, towels, and more. I would for sure stay here again.

Perfect location

Great experience fromt he start. Eric reached out and was available througiut the stay. Thehouse is set uonoerfectly for two famikues and is in a great location just iff the interstate with Coeur d'Alene and Silverwoods equal distance.

Perfect silverwood holiday getaway location

We used this property as a home away from home for our Silverwood holiday. And it was just that, a home away from home. It was clean and super accessible. Eric was amazing to deal with. The house was equipped with everything. There wasn’t one thing we went looking for that we couldn’t find. We had a group of 15 and it never felt like we were squished or fighting for seating. Everyone slept comfortably. We very much enjoyed this stay.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was super clean and well supplied, with outdoor activities as well! Thank goodness for the air conditioning! Lots of room for it group to sleep and hang out. The beds were pretty comfy as well (2 slept on futons and said they were fine but not as comfy as a bed) Having Walmart a block away was super handy! Would stay here again.
