Nice place, decent area.

Went down for 3 days with a couple friends, everything was smooth, owners where very responsive and let us check in a couple hrs early because we arrived early to best traffic on the way down. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at Ligia’s property. The location was great, near 95 and restaurants were local. The house was spotless and there were plenty of linens provided. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Ligia, provides a lovely home convenient to the convention center. I was able to walk to the store as well as the bay with ease and felt safe. She was extremely helpful and flexible with our travel needs.

Great location

House is located in a great area. Home owner is very responsive to messages. Only downside was the hot water in the shower needed to be ran for 10-15 min before it would get hot.

Value and Neighborhood

Very nice place with two bedrooms and full kitchen. Laundry room on-site made it nice. Location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, airport, and 10 minutes from the beach. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. Dead end street made it very quiet. Highly recommended.

Host very pleasant, quick to respond

Host addressed any concerns quickly and met us when we arrived. Very pleasant. Felt safe to walk in the neighborhood daily. Bed was comfortable. House was clean. Had a separate place to park our vehicle. Kitchen could have used a few more utensils/cookware. Living room furniture may need some updates, wasn’t very comfortable.

気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The property listing was misleading, as it advertised air conditioning in the unit without disclosing that the system was shared among multiple units and that guests were not permitted to adjust the temperature. The air conditioning vent in the master bedroom was positioned directly above the bed, continuously blowing very cold air throughout the night. After the first night, I became ill due to the constant exposure to the cold air. Although we attempted to close the vent, it did not effectively prevent the cold air from blowing directly onto us while we slept. We had reserved the property for a 14-night stay. In addition to the air conditioning issue, the unit had a persistent moldy odor that made it uncomfortable to occupy. After enduring these conditions for four nights, we were forced to relocate. We promptly explained our concerns to both the host and Vrbo, including the air conditioning issue, the moldy smell, and my sensitivity and allergy to prolonged exposure to cold air.Despite no longer being able to stay in the property because of these conditions, both the host and Vrbo refused to reimburse us for the unused portion of our reservation.
