ABOUT THE HOME: This beautifully decorated 13th floor coastal condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf from the large private balcony where there is a high-top table with 4 chairs for entertaining or enjoying the stunning sunsets. Or just sit back and relax in the rocking chairs as you say goodbye to another memorable day on the coast.

Inside, the condo has an open concept design and all new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a large flat screen TV for the games or an evening movie, as well as a new comfortable sleeper sofa and love seat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach. The dining room table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has stools for the overflow of family.
There's a new king size bed in the master bedroom that also has views of the gulf and access to the private balcony, and a new queen size bed in the guest room. Both bathrooms provide a tub/shower combination.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
