All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property is located in a private community club with their own requirements for guests due to keeping all residents of the club safe. We have no control over these requirements, and need to submit them for you to gain access to the property. These requirements are a complete list with names of the guests staying, and also an official ID of each guest.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary.
For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee.

Our condo is situated within the exclusive El Tigre Golf Club in the Peninsula Golf complex, a perfect combination of luxury and nature. Enjoy well-maintained common areas, convenient facilities and 24-hour security for a peaceful and quiet trip. For those with cars, the condo has a secure parking spot in the garage of the building, making transportation easy. There are additional parking spots for additional cars, but please note that those are first-come-first-serve. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.

As a HOLT guest, you will have full access to the amenities in the building, including multiple pools, a lounge bar, and secured parking, 24/7 security & self-check-in. Guests who stay 14 nights or more have access to the gym facilities and a variety of fitness classes for an additional fee. Ten-minute drive or bike to the beach! Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff. This spacious and cozy condo can host up to 9 guests comfortably with three spacious bedrooms and six beds, and includes: • A furnished balcony with incredible views of the valley and surrounding mountains •Air conditioning. The Living Room & Dining Room include: • Seating for your whole party • Smart TV with streaming apps • Balcony access with an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill (Charcoal and gas not included), & seating arrangements • Full bathroom with a newly renovated interior.
